Supporting HoustonWorks USA
Established as a local administrator of funds allocated by the Job Training Partnership Act and related legislation, HWUSA has served the Houston-area community since 1984. Since 1998, HWUSA has served primarily as a One-Stop career center operator. As a nonprofit organization, HWUSA is committed to providing employment and training services through strong partnerships between job seekers, employers, educators and community members.
In addition to services to adults, HWUSA has a long tradition of working with and serving Houston´s youth. To this end, your support allows HWUSA to continue to provide innovative employment and training services to a wide range of job seekers. HWUSA depends on support of individuals like you to provide services such as:
- Job Search assistance -Resume Assistance
- Employer Seminars -Career Guidance
- Education and Training Scholarships
- Youth Mentoring
How to Support HWUSA
HoustonWorks USA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Gifts and contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Gifts or contributions can be designated to support the general operating budget of the organization through Annual Giving, designated to support scholarships, or split between both categories.
HoustonWorks USA accepts gifts of cash, check, and credit card contributions.
