HoustonWorks USA, a leading not-for-profit organization (300 employees, $23 million annual budget) for workforce training and job development in the Gulf Coast region, is seeking an accomplished individual to fill its Executive Director position. The new CEO is expected to bring to HoustonWorks USA leadership, energy, and vision to enhance its strengths to continue to meet the many challenges in our changing world. Salary is competitive and open. To apply, before April 15, 2008, individuals must have a post-graduate degree (or a Bachelor’s degree with significant experience) in management or relevant fields, and senior executive experience, preferably in not-for-profit organizations.
